INFORMATION ON PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA WHEN SUBSCRIBING FOR A NEWSLETTER

according to Art. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46 / EC ("GDPR").

On our website www.keners.sk you have the opportunity to subscribe to the so-called newsletter in which we send information about our news, offers, information about our company or other business information related to our products and services (hereinafter only as "newsletter").

Subscription for receiving the newsletter is voluntary.

The legal basis for processing personal data is, pursuant to Section 13 (1)(a) of the Act is the consent of the person concerned with processing their personal data for a specific purpose.

The purpose of processing personal data is to send a newsletter that contains information on:

• offer of goods and services,
• current news,
• conducting other marketing activities and surveys of Keners (marketing communication),

If you subscribe to the newsletter, we will process the following personal data:

• a) Your e-mail address,
• b) Your name and surname,
• c) company name,
• d) information on the confirmation of your consent to receive the newsletter, which will contain, in addition to the above data, also the IP address from which you have subscribed, the time of subscription and the time of confirmation of subscription

By entering personal data according to letters a) to c) in the application form, you confirm that this is your data and e-mail address that you use and to which you have exclusive access.

Our website uses the so-called double opt-in for newsletter subscription purposes. The registration to its subscription must be confirmed separately by clicking on the acceptance link provided in an e-mail that will be sent to you immediately after subscribing to the newsletter. This process is set up for your protection, for you to be certain that no one is abusing your email address. If you do not confirm your subscription in this manner within 24 hours, we will delete your personal data and they will cease to be processed by Keners.

We will send you the newsletter via e-mail.
Your personal data will not be provided to third parties and will not be transferred to a third country.
Your personal data will be kept until your consent to its processing has been withdrawn.

You may withdraw your consent to processing your personal data at any time:

• by sending a written request to Keners, s.r.o. Krizkova 9, 811 04 Bratislava, or
• by e-mail at: udajov@keners.sk

You may also withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data by unsubscribing from advertising offers, which will be made available to you in each newsletter you receive.

Your rights

As the person concerned, you have the right to:

• (i) based on a written (including electronic) request for access to yout personal data (in particular to require confirmation of whether or not the data is processed, categories of processed data, purpose of processing, source of its acquisition, storage period) according to Section 21 of the Act;
• (ii) to amend incorrect, or finalise incomplete personal data pursuant to Section 22 of the Act;
• (iii) to delete personal data pursuant to Section 23 of the Act;
• (iv) to restrict the processing of personal data pursuant to Section 24 of the Act;
• (v) for the transferability of personal data pursuant to Section 26 of the Act;
• (vi) to object to the processing of personal data pursuant to Section 27 of the Act;
• (vii) to file a motion to initiate proceedings pursuant to Section 100 of the Act.

Your personal data is not and will not be subject to automated individual decision-making or profiling.

You can exercise your rights under points (i) to (vi):
